Pricing questions
What counts as an AI action?
One request from your AI app that DeskWink carries out on your computer, for example listing a folder, reading a file or applying a change you approved. Requests that are refused, blocked by your folder rules, or rejected by you do not count.
Does DeskWink include an AI subscription?
No. You use your own AI subscription, such as Claude or ChatGPT. DeskWink adds access to your folders, and it does not change the plan limits of any AI service.
Will the Free plan stay free?
The Free plan is free during the closed beta. We may change its limits or the beta itself, and we will give reasonable notice before we do. The Terms of Service explain how.
When can I buy Pro or Team?
Not yet. There is no checkout. The prices shown are planned and may change before launch. We will show the final price and what is included before anyone is asked to pay.
DeskWink does not provide AI models and does not bypass or raise any AI platform’s plan limits. Whether your AI app lets you add custom connectors depends on your AI provider and plan. See Connect your AI.
